Shakuhachi Watch: Perry Yung rebirthing antique Myoan shakuhachi


Remember that popular psychology movement of the 1970s called Rebirthing? Finally we found a good use for it and Perry Yung is the Official Rebirther of Lost Shakuhachi. In a moment of zen clarity he decided to take these great old Myoan and other shakuhachi and stamp them with the sacred Zen symbol of renewal and rebirth: the Mystical Three Arrow Recycling Hanko. Thus illustrating to us how the Dharmakaya, the Sambogakaya and Nirmanakiya effortlessly display their cosmic alchemical cycle of profound historicity, golden nourishment and divine interactivity! :) Look at some of these new/ancient instruments which he calls Tensei Shakuhachi here:
