Hello, maybe you could also add Tilopa to your list of people. He is a fine player and maker of Kyotaku, yet another slight variation on natural and kind of large bore flutes. You can find info about him at http://www.tilopa.de/english.htm. He was a dtudent of Koku Nishimura.
